We support schools, charities and organisations to embed relational and therapeutic approaches across all areas of their practice. We do this through providing training and consultancy alongside our innovative reflective spaces model of supervision.

About
Hello, we are Sara Zumbuhl and Sarah Gristwood, the founders of Hearts and Heads.
We have diverse experience of working in education settings and have developed a shared philosophy and set of values that underpin our Hearts and Heads approach. We bring our beliefs and experiences together to provide relational, therapeutic services to schools, settings and other organisations.
