The Hearts and Heads groundbreaking model for supporting the wellbeing of leaders, teams and staff
We know that the working environment can be challenging regardless of your job role or place in an organisation. We fully comprehend how staff can be stretched and stressed, forgetting their passions and purpose. We meet too many individuals who are stuck in survival mode and feeling burnt out.

Our reflective spaces bring therapy and educational leadership together in a unique approach allowing an individual to be heard, supported and reset to gain new perspectives and co-construct actionable, practical solutions.

All sessions are run with Sara and Sarah in order to get the value of our combined skills and expertise. Our model has been particularly welcomed by headteachers and school leaders who are often carrying the demands of their staff, their pupils and families, and their community.
