· to identify the roots of that behaviour

· to understand why difficult behaviours give a feeling of feedback & control

· how to support young people to accept different ways to express difficult emotions 

· how to support young people to flourish

We bring psychotherapeutic & educational perspectives together to explore support mechanisms for children and young people expressing their emotions in difficult ways. 

We use a relational & therapeutic approach underpinned by up to date theory.
